Challenge: To improve the user experience (UX) of the Official Website of Monte Hermoso, which had confusing navigation and an outdated interface.
Solution: As the lead UX/UI designer and web developer, the website was redesigned and rebuilt with a modern design that was easy to navigate and mobile-friendly. New features, such as advanced search functionality and new content post types (CPTs), were also added to improve user experience.
Results: The redesigned website was well received by citizens, who found it easier to access information and services. The improved mobile responsiveness increased accessibility and the new features were well received, making it easier to find relevant information.
